Authenticity is about just being yourself. Your values are the principles you live by and the beliefs that drive your actions. By demonstrating authenticity and making your values clear, you can be a more effective leader. The course covers what authentic leadership is and how to demonstrate it, being humble, building your team, and assessing your own authenticity. The value of this course to participants and the organization are a clearer sense of self which makes interactions more natural and relaxed, more self-confidence which can improve team productivity and performance, and higher levels of trust because the leader is seen as being truly authentic.
