Course description

This course is designed to cover the basics of rehabilitation of sports injuries. The course starts with the stages of healing and immediate first aid for most sports injuries. The following lessons are ordered as they usually occur in rehab of an injury - range of motion/stretching, strengthening, proprioception and whole body conditioning, including cardiovascular training, flexibility training and mental training. While this course is not designed to be specific to particular sports injuries, it will give an idea of how anyone can rehabilitate their sports injuries.
