Welcome to "How To Identify & Change Your Core Beliefs". I am your course instructor, Adam:)

It's great to be on this transformative journey with you!

Beliefs are chosen at every moment, many unconsciously. So it does not matter how deep they may seem or how long you have had them. Instead of recreating those beliefs, you will have an opportunity to identify them, and realize to choose those which are more in alignment with who you are. It is a process of self-discovery which is exciting!

You will learn in this course:

..all about life energy, emotions, anf filters ..what belief systems are, their purpose and why we have them ..what kinds of beliefs we have

..how energy and emotions are related ..how emotions are connected to and stem from our beliefs ..how our beliefs and definitions determine how we experience ourselves and our circumstances ..how beliefs perpetuate themselves, making them often a challenge to change ..how to identify old definitions and replace them with new ones

I created this course from my own personal process of identifying and transforming my negative beliefs and what has worked for me. I use personal examples throughout.This is a transformative course, grounded, amd an open mind is required.
