I trained in India in 2005 as a Kundalini Yogi, which means I am fully qualified to teach you the the art of meditation. By mastering Kundalini Yoga, I have tried a vast amount of meditation techniques, which have given me incredible insight into the power of meditation, and how, and why it works. They have helped me transform my life, and become the greatest version of myself. I also trained in Australia in 2005 as a Kundalini Dancer (Contemporary Shamanic and Ecstatic Dance). There I learned the art of meditation in movement. They have given me the ability to change my state of awareness back into permanent alignment with my 'true self', completely free of all past problems.
