There’s no shortage of distractions that pull you away from important work. You can achieve focus, though, by clearly defining targets, prioritizing, and structuring your work clearly.

Our lives have no shortage of distractions and it's easy to get overwhelmed with all the tasks we're asked to complete. We need to improve our ability to focus in order to get the most important work done. The course covers identifying and prioritizing the most critical work, learning how to say "no" effectively, structuring your time and work, and eliminating distractions so you can get stuff done. The value of this course to participants and the organization are improved productivity and accuracy of work, less time spent on low value work, and better work-life balance because of increased efficiency.
