My Name is Antonio Console, I'm a certified personal trainer since 2009 and football (soccer) Coach since 2015.
I want to present you my class :


20 min HOME DAILY WORKOUT


I have created this class for you, to help you reaching your fitness goal!
The course has been made in my flat, to show you how you can have great workout with easy but effective exercises, in just 20 min per day, STAYING HOME !
Can you find 20 min in your day to dedicate to you and your wellness?
I am sure you can, especially if you consider the fantastic results you can get!

In the class you will find 5 different sessions:
• DAY 1 - STRENGTH
• DAY 2 - INTERVAL TRAINING
• DAY 3 - RESISTANCE
• DAY 4 - CARDIO
• DAY 5 - CORE, BALANCE, STRETCHING

I want you to make all 5 sessions above in a week, with 2 days rest.
Everyday you will have different workout, so you will never get bored.
Every session takes 20 min including warm up, workout and stretching. Short session, max intensity so then, you will have time to do what you like but you will hit your day STRONGER!


It’s a full body workout and no equipment is needed!


The program is very FLEXIBLE: you will be able to workout anytime during the day and any day during the week.


SHORT SESSION + FLEXIBILITY = SUSTAINABLE TRAINING PROGRAM


The only thing Im asking you is to have 5 trainings a week.
