1 Week to a Calmer You
Course description
The '1 week to.........' is a series of courses taken from the 30 Days to conquer your anxiety, focusing on a theme each week. The first week is to gain a calm mind.
This course aims to do just that, through:
- Lifestyle adaptions
- Meditation practice
- Yoga practices
- Chi Kung (Chinese Traditional exercise involving movement of energy)
If you feel that you are:
Out of shape
Need to feel in control of your life,
Highly Anxious
Trouble sleeping
Not sure about good eating habits?
Then this course is suitable for you.
You don't have to be able to do fancy yoga poses.
You don't have to have meditation experience.
You don't have to fit in any way.
These are all taught at a basic level. If you find that it is too easy, there are modifications to make them a little bit more challenging.
Although, if your mind is already very busy, you won't need to physically challenge yourself too much. therefore, sometimes, less is more. This course is about balance, so in this course, you will find your healthy balance.
